THE DIGEST
Brendan Sweeney Running for Beverly Mayor 🏙️
Sweeney’s campaign discusses topics like keeping taxes low, repairing our aging roads and sidewalks, strengthening public safety, and supporting the Beverly Public School system to better meet our students' needs.
Sweeney plans to prioritize transparency and responsiveness from the Mayor’s office if elected. “After twelve years of the same leadership, Beverly needs a new vision from a committed leader to confront the challenges ahead,” wrote The Committee to Elect Brendan Sweeney.
The election is 11 months away. Get your popcorn ready.
It’s Time to Take the Christmas Tree Down 🎄
Every Grinch down in Beverly is thriving. It’s time to put your Christmas trees out — they’ll be picked up on your trash day. If you forget to put it out this week, just leave it up until next year. Why? So you can enjoy some light after 5 PM for a bit longer.
